Does anyone have any advice on how to selectively control one SB3 when two Squeezeboxes are in the same room.
I sometimes have two Sqeezeboxes in one room (like when my parents come to stay and they both listen to different radio stations on headphones ;) and any use of a remote control to modify one of the Squeezeboxes will affect the other. Ideally there would be a way for a remote to be paired with just one SB3.

The only posts I have found relate to using universal remotes but that would still affect both boxes...

Ideas welcome :-)

Michael.

That's easy. The slim devices actually support two remote code sets. One
for the Slim remote and the other for a JVC DVD player. You can select
in the player settings to which set each player should respond. Now buy
a universal remote and set it to the JVC DVD player. The JVC remote is
there because when SD was poor and tiny, they didn't have the resources
to develop their own remote yet, so they sold the SliMP3 with a Sony
universal remote that was set to the JVC codes. (or did we have to
program that ourselves? I don't remember).
