"The debug looks more like web server activity than music streaming. However,

one thing you should try is increasing the buffer in Winamp. Look in

preferences, for the MPEG decoder input plugin. Select the streaming tab and

increase the buffer from the default of 32 to something like 128 or 256. You'll

give yourself room to recover from a lot more network latency that way. The

cost is only a delay in startup time."

Good idea but I already tried that adjustment. It has been set at 256 ever since I started trying to stream. Does the web server activity that you mentioned look out of whack?

not particuarly, but I haven't spent much time pouring over debug logs with
those particular flags. Nothing really stands out as the smoking gun in there.
Try starting a stream, then dump the web page. Also, you should try streaming
to winamp within your own network. I have had no troubles streaming to work so
I'd be surprised if it really was slimserver itself causing the trouble.
