1) whatever is done (or not), PLEASE keep the "this one goes to eleven"
reference. I haven't laughed that hard in a long time. I'm telling all
my friends about how cool you guys are for this.

2) as a newbie, while I love this device, the documentation (um, lack
thereof) has been a little frustrating. While I'm fairly technical, the
documentation (*****) seems to makes some assumptions about your customers
level of experience which might not quite be on the mark. On the other
hand, I've written documentation (and in no way am I volunteering for
anything here) and understand what a pain it is, so take this all with a
very big grain of salt.

Don't worry, it'll stay.

Can you be more specific about the issues? We're continually tweaking
the documentation, so any feedback would be most helpful.

Thanks,

I'll jump in here with two issues I've noticed.

On the Squeezebox itself, there are a lot of items in the Settings
menu, none of which are described in the manual.

In the Simserver Web interface there are boxes next to the tracks on
the Music Player side whose functions aren't described (one can guess
and experiment) and also boxes on the Slim Server side when browsing.
