SB3 wont connect WPA2 to Netgear WNR3500 router

I have had Linksys, D-link and now a Netgear WNR3500.

I have never before had issues getting my SB3 to connect to my network.
I just finished the last permutations on the device.

It seems that the ONLY way it lets me connect is using WEP. Unacceptable.
I only tried WEP as I wondered if ANY encryption scheme would allow me to connect to the Netgear.

So - I try and return the router - sell it at a good loss (not sure I like it anyways -
it has more lights than a runaway at midnight)

OR

get lucky and have someone tell me I'm dreaming.

Anyone else have a Netgear router ?

There was an issue with the WNR3500 that prevented players (SB3, TR and SBR) from successfully connecting to this access point with WPA or WPA2.

If you are running the official SC 7.0 you either need to wait until SC 7.0.1 gets out officially (which contains new firmware for all players with a fix for this access point) or you could install a beta version of 7.0.1 which you can find here:

Then either connect your SB3 via ethernet (or turn off encryption on your AP) temporarily so SB3 can connect to your SC7 and get the update.

After the update your SB3 should be able to connect to your WNR3500.
