I had SlimServer 6 on my home server and it worked great.

I have now upgraded to SqueezeCenter 7.0 and it appeas a user must be logged in, otherwise the server is not contactable.

Isn't SqueezeCenter 7 running as a server? Can't we have it on a "headless" server anymore?

Thanks!

If I am not mistaken, application mode is the default startup mode in v7. You can, however, change this back to the service mode. There is a relevant shortcut in the menu (Start menu, that is).

You can change the behaviour by using the tool from Windows' SqueezeCenter start menu.

Perfect, thanks. That's the "SqueezeCenter Startup Options" icon...
