On my SBC, when I navigate Settings -> Advanced -> Software Update it
always says there is updated software for this controller. I've done
this three times now, and it updates each time, seemingly
successfully. How can I make sure I actually have the latest
software, and any idea why it always tells me there is an updated
version? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Mitch

I'm wondering about that as well. I updated my SBC this morning, then checked again immediately afterward, and it still said that a new update was available.

So are you guys just working feverishly to update the SBC with new updates every two minutes, or is the SBC confused?

It will always say there's an update available even if it's the one you already have installed.
If there really is an update available the controller will prompt you to do the update. There's no need to go to the update screen unless you want to manually install an update from an SD card or force a reinstallation of the current firmware.

Ah, ok, then I won't worry about it. :) Thanks for the clarification!
