Like the title says: As of this moment (Monday March 3rd) what is the expected date for the official release of Squeeze Center 7?

And few other questions while I'm at it.

Will SC7 install over SlimServer thus saving my music library and other settings? Or will I have to do a complete rescan of my music library and reset all the various settings? I do understand that I will need new plugins for SC7, so that is not an issue.

Thanks for your attention and answers.

I don't think the date really matters. If you're using SN you better upgrade to SC7, which is pretty stable as it is now.
I did have to rescan the music library, but that's a minor issue IMHO.

Rescanning one's music library may indeed be a minor issue for some people but the last time I did a rescan it took well over 8 hours. I hope that the music library scanning function of SC7 has been improved over that of Slim Server since I'm not looking forward to another 8 hour plus rescan.

It's also pretty bad news for people who depend on plugins for which
there is no 7.0 version yet.
