Problem with favourites in SC7

Hi,
I am having problems with adding itunes playlists to the favourites on SC7. It was working fine on SS6.5.4. When I add the playlist to favourites via SC7, the playlist is empty.

I am running macosx10.5.1, SC7, SB3

Any help with this would be much appreciated.
