I'd love to try this out......unfortunately I am ignorant of how this
patching process works. I'm probably more trouble than I'm worth, so I can
wait until it shows up in a future nightly build.

However, if it not too much of a hit on your time and you could tell me
where to look to find instructions, I will give it a whirl -- I'm pretty
good at this stuff.

I can see that this DIFF file is source code and I can find the module to
apply it to, but I don't know how to apply it. Even if I did, I presume it
would have to be recompiled. I read that Slim is done in Perl I think; I
know nothing about Perl and I certainly don't have a compiler or anything
(unlesss that comes with Windows).

Like I say......just tell me if I'm more trouble than I can contribute....no
problem.

if you use the EXE version, its best to wait, as you would need all the tools to
recompile. If you have a perl install, and a version of patch, then its just
patch < info.diff. However, I expect this can be in a nightly build either Feb
2 or 3.
