To be more precise, load the files you want to retag into the foobar
playlist, select all of them, right click to get the context menu and select
Masstagger -> Edit tags. In the Masstagger dialog, click the "Add" button,
select "Set value..." and click OK to bring up the Set value dialog. In this
dialog, select the tag you want to change under "Field name:" and type in the
value to want to change it to in the "Field value:" area. Select OK to close
the dialog, and then "Run" from the Masstagger dialog. This will retag all of
the selected files with that tag and value.

Note that this feature is only available in the 'normal' and 'special'
versions of foobar, not the 'lite' version.

Bon chance...
