Hi Mark
Thanks for the response - ffmpeg works for me (e.g. to convert a wma to an mp3), I'm just not sure how that helps me play wma files on my squeezebox.
Any help with this would be much appreciated.

WMA is not handled natively, so it must be converted on the fly by ffmpeg and
streamed to teh squeezebox as either PCM or MP3. The convert.conf file takes
care of the command-line. What information do you get in the log when you try
to play WMA with d_source turned on for debugging?
