I have a few issues with playlists.

I usually listen to internet radio, and use playlist for that. The problem is that one of the .pls won't work.

They are EXACTLY alike in setup,
[playlist]
NumberOfEntries=3
File1=http://xxxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxx:xxxx
Title1=Progressive
Length1=-1
File2=http://xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Title2=Progressive
Length2=-1
File3=http://xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Title3=Progressive
Length3=-1
Version=2

This one does not work, but the other two that looks exactly the same works. And it is not a bad stream, because i listen to the exact same playlist on winamp now.

Slimserver just says the playlist is empty. I tried to rename it and everything. Still no go.

The only differense between the three playlists are that the first two "tracks" have same ip, and different ports, and the third have slightly different IP and the same port.

So there should not be a firewall problem since the third "track" have the same port.

Can you give us the actual playlist rather than an obfuscated one, or does
it have a username/pw embedded in it?

It's got PW in it. its like

File1=http://<user>:<password>@xx.xx.xx.xx:xxxx

And the stream works. I tested it on my computer.

Can you try including the URL into the 'Tune in URL' from the
SlimServer/SqueezeCenter web interface?

Also, see if this bug relates to your situation:

The stream works fine with "Tune in URL"..... It seems as the pls is the problem, but there is no error in the file. I don't understand anything now....

If you are using SlimServer 6.5.x then try using the WikiRadio/Mypicks
plugins to manage your radio stations. In 7.0 you can simply add your
stream URL as a favorite using the nice web interface. I don't use .pls
files for radio stations any more and it doesn't seem like they are
encouraging that use at Logitech.
