Hello,
I'm trying to get power management working on the Suse 10.1 box that I use to run slimserver. Since I can't get Wake-on-LAN to work on the box in both Win XP and Limux, I've chosen instead to allow the box fall back to standby state when not in use. However, it is immediately brought out of standby, bacause the SB sends an ARP packet once per minute looking for the linux box's MAC address.
What is strange is that the SB does this even when it is put into standby mode. Is there a reason for this?
Thanks,
Paul
