Hi,
My wife did a small test regarding the ability of a new style SB remote to withstand a drop of about six feet on to a wooden floor. It does not appear to be designed for this type of use and has broken.
Subsequently I need a new one. On visiting the acessories page I note that Slim Devices don't ship to the UK any more and we are directed to the Logitech site. But no remotes are listed.
How do I get a new remote please?

I also worry about that no accessories and replacement
parts seem to be available through Logitechs europe site.

Any comments on this from the SD och Logitech folks?

Also, I'd like to express my disappointment that the white
boxes have been discontinued.

You might try some of the UK resellers. ripcaster.co.uk seem to be advertising them.

I did look on Ripcaster's site but could not see it - I've emailed to ask.

You could contact Progressive AV (http://www.progressiveav.com/), they are the UK distributers for the SB and Transporter.

Or Contact Paul from Progressive directly. (ultra238a (http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?u=626) on here)

Thanks, I obviously did not look hard enough!
25 is a lot more that the $20 on the slimdevices site though. Would shipping and taxes come to 15?
We had the delight of a trip tp PC world to get a faulty item replaced. Cor took ages. Whilst I was waiting if found SB3's on the shelf - I enquired but they had no spare remote controls.

I recently purchased a spare remote (I have a small child that likes playing with things with buttons, and hiding them). All in it came to about 40-50 for the new remote, shipped from the then SlimDevices store in the US.

Does anyone know what version of the remote this is?
