View Full Version : convert vs. slimserver-convert?

There is a file in /etc/slimserver called convert.conf which appears to have lots of transcoding information. There's also a file slimserver-convert.conf in /usr/share/slimserver. Which one is used for the actual transcoding preferences? I am running 6.5.3 on Ubuntu. I am working through some issues getting AAC working and am wondering if this is part of the problem.

Thanks for any help offered.

The following files are used in this order:

convert.conf
custom-convert.conf
slimserver-convert.conf
