View Full Version : No more nightly builds for 6.5.3?

Is 6.5.3 not being built nightly any more? I don't see any new debian
releases being posted in the "testing" dist.

Nightly builds look fine, and the deb should be updated every night.

Hrm. Yeah, the repository does have a current date stamp. However, it
looks like the deb's md5sum hasn't changed since the 25th. Does the
build not include any "current time" stamping at all? If so, that might
explain it, if there haven't been any 6.5.3 branch commits since then.
KDF did commit a fix on 6.5.3 last night, so if that's the explanation,
I'll find out tomorrow morning.

The build doesn't include any time stamps, so it's possible the md5sum wouldn't change if there were no checkins. Let me know if tonight's works for you.

Yup, that seems to have done the trick. So this is actually a feature
(the md5sum only changes when there's a substantive change to the
build), not a bug. :)
