Hi,

This drive is an obscure and somewhat outdated OEM type with no NCQ.

Have a look at the Samsung SpinPoint T166 500GB SATA II (HD501LJ) instead. This one has got lots of good reports and editor's choices and sells for around 120 USD street price. In Europe it is available for under 90 EUR.

For 99 bucks and the purpose of storing audio files, who the **** cares if it has NCQ?
