Hi all,
I'm using Slimserver 6.5.1 on a Freecom FSG-3 (FW: 3.3.14, Linux 2.4.28) device without problems until I added some files to the music folder and started a rescan of the whole library. The rescan crashed the server with a rather puzzling error message. Attachment #1 (rescan.txt) is the slimserver.log snipplet with the error message.
After that the server doesn't start anymore, it always crashed at startup. Please see attachment #2 (startup.txt) for the slimserver.log snipplet.
I deleted all files from the CACHE directory and now the server starts again but the whole library is empty of course.
Is this crash a known problem ? What can cause this crash ? I think a rescan of my files will recreate the library but I fear that the server crashes again. What can I do ?
