Just switched to my Mac laptop from my PC to run my SB3.
I have all of my music in Flac on a 500gb HD and have it connected to the PC
w/firewire. I don't want to use Itunes since I have all flacs, and on the PC I just
sent the "music folder" settings to my E: drive (my 500gb) and accessed all my music on the SB3 under "browse>music folder>my HD". Now on my Mac I can't get slimserver to recognize my external HD even though my Mac recognizes it fine. My question is what pathway under basic settings should I use to route the music folder to my HD? any thoughts?

thanks,
callery

I don't know the answer. But if you run "mount" from the terminal you
might see the path.

It should be in this form:

/Volumes/"Your_HD_Name"/"Your_Music_Folder"/

Thanks Nikhil, that was the correct pathway.
