Yep, that's the one. And you're right, you can't insert a delay. You
could insert it in the startup sequence under the startup tab, and it
wouldn't load until a user logged in.

Is there a version yet that stores the library, rather than rebuilding it on
each startup?

yes, its in the nightly builds, and its a server setting.
