Anyone have any good tips for recording my LPs? I can plug the tape-out
from my receiver into my laptop's mic, but that seems way too hot (too loud)
no matter what I do.

I figure there are probably other tips people may have too.

Thanks,
Phillip

might want to try Final Vinyl -

I've heard good things about this product:

http://www.griffintechnology.com/products/imic/index.html

They have some software for ripping LPs called FinalVinyl, but I think
it's Mac only...

I've used gramofile on linux. I find that for a lot of LPs it
requires substantial manual post-processing to find track boundaries,
though...
