Now Playing display for playlists of streams that lack meta data

A number of my Favorites are playlists that have only one item each, the URL to an HTTP stream. A couple of these streaming stations don't have metadata in the stream, so the Now Playing screen just shows an ugly URL.

Is it possible to have Now Playing at least display the playlist name instead of the ugly URL? Seeing http://....live365.com/....blahblah... isn't very useful.

I think MusicInfoSCR has an option which might do this for you:
