I'm using the Wake-On-Lan feature which is working awesome.

If I forget to shut the little guy off the server stays up as well (which is a good thing).

But can I enable an automatic shutoff of the SqueezeBox itself.

A common way to do this on TV's and what not is if it does not receive a command from the IR for more than X hours shutoff. This, of course, would be optional and time limit setable by user.

Does the SqueezeBox support this already and if not should I just enter a bug/feature request for it?

Thanks

There's a PowerSave plugin that you can download that will do this.

There's a PowerSave plugin that you can download that will do this.

The powersave link from the plugins website 'http://ultratrendy.com:31888/slim/' seems to be down

Here's maybe what you're looking for as a substitute - at least it blanks the screen.
This is not my software, so please don't blame me if something goes wrong.......

The link to the PowerSave plugin was working fine for me last week and seems to be ok for me now too. May be worth giving it another try ?
