Using IR-Blaster

I have downloaded, unzipped and placed the IRBLASTER folder in the plugins folder in slimserver. I have checked off IR-BLASTER in the home/server settings/plugins. I can not figure out how to get the controlling webpages shown on the descriptive pages for ir-blaster in the wiki.

I am running 6.5 on windows xp pro.

Can someone start me in the proper direction?

the IR blaster settings are per-squeezebox under the player preferences.
