    Vista Sideshow

    I've read that Vista includes a new technology called Sideshow which can feed simple imformation to a variety of small screens such as might be found on mobile phones.

    I wonder then if Sideshow might be used in conjunction with Slimserver to display album artwork perhaps on a digital picture frame in the same room as my Squeezebox. Wouldn't that be cool!

    Cooler still would be picture based browsing just like the new iTunes allows but from my Squeezebox remote!

    Has anyone considered whether these things might now be possible?

    Yes! I actually read through the sideshow docs a month or so back..
    Should be really easy to add basic support to Moose (just need to
    upgrade to Vista.. Hmm..)
