I have reported this problem, as have a few others, they are working on the
problem.

Subject: [slim] Cutting off end of tracks
Well I just received my Squeezebox, to add to my slimp3 I got last
month. I am having a little trouble with the end of tracks being cut
off when I run them synchronised.
To begin with this was a problem on the squeezebox even when not
synchronised but once I did the firmware update on the squeezebox that
Sean announced on 10 Dec that fixed that but it still remains a
problem when they are synchronised.
I am running the server software 5.0.3 from the nightly build of 16
Dec and my slimp3 has firmware version 2.2 and the server sits on a XP
Home Edition PC with all the Windows Updates installed.
How's it looking in terms of a fix for this?
