I have a serious collection of WAV files and use a defined directory / file name convention.
here is the config for guess tags : "GENRE/ARTIST-ALBUM/TRACKNUM_TITLE"

however, with some files (or rather albums/directories) it just does not work.
Here is the information from two files (from the slimserver gui, Music Folder navigation :

Just convert them all to FLAC, one big batch, and use MP3TAG to tag them up, again batched. Two overnighters and life will be so much better :)

Neither of these names match the 'guess' path that you've supplied, so they must be matching something else. However, I'm going to take a shot in the dark and say that you've got Communique spelt correctly and when you've pasted in to this comment it's been mangled. That is, in your music collection it's 'Communique'' with the accent over the 'e'. This would be the major difference between those paths.

Personally I can't see any reason to leave things in wav format, but I guess that's just a personal choice.
