Is there anyway to get PAndora streams to Crossfade?

I've recently noticed that Pandora via the web interface actually crossfade the tracks played.. but thru Squeeznetwork there is no crossfade..... why is that ... and is there anyway to make this happen? Would be nice if there was.

Thoughts anyone...

Yep this is possible, I just need to add support for it. Look for
crossfading options in the Sep 18 release of SN. :)

Hi Andy - I like the upgrades made to SN and have noted the ability to set crossfading times for different players on the SN interface.. but when put into use with pandora it does not work - or more accurately there is no crossfading.

Thus far I have only tested it using Softsqueeze 3 as the relevant player with crossfading turned on...

is this something you still need to look at?

Crossfading is a hardware feature so I'm not sure Softsqueeze
supports it.

NO crossfading happens when playing pandora.. whether on SB3 or softsqueeze.. will this feature be enabled?

Did you enable it? You probably need to set the length to the max of
10 sec due to the buffering time. It works for me.

thanks andy.. now set time to 10 instead of 5 secs and it works fine now
