OS: Windows

There used to be a radio button on the server settings for using iTunes. Why
is that not on the current version?

Please take a look at his faq item and see if it helps:

Teh support for iTunes is still there. If you are still having trouble,
please
let us know your os, and if you can run your server with the --d_itunes
command
line argument, please paste the section of the log from the startup to help.

Its not there becuase SlimServer has not found your iTunes library. Try, as
dean suggests, to point the music folder option to the same location as your
iTunes Music Library.xml (by default, installed to My Documents\My Music\iTunes\)
