View Full Version : Cannot find perl-Digest-SHA1 for Fedora FC5

Hi there,

I've decided (with advice) that the 6.5 build may sort out my problems with web page refreshing silencing my Squeezebox (see "AlienBBC - radio stations interrupted by web page access" in Plugins Forum).

Unfortunately I've fallen at the first hurdle!

I'm using Fedora FC5 on a 32 bit x86 system, and I'm trying to track down perl-Digest-SHA1 which seems to be a dependancy of the latest 6.5 build. Unfortunately the only FC5 versions of this I can find are 64 bit. Can anyone suggest where I may be able to find the relevant version of this? Alternatively, can anyone advise how I'd be able to compile it myself?

Thanks in advance,

Richard

Scrub that - I should have looked a bit harder before posting!

Found it here:

I suggest you set up yum repositories.

Well I ran some commands I found to add some extra repositories, but I think I just have freshrpms & didier. Looks like I need to do some more reading!

Cheers,
