Squeezebox == SLIMP3 TNG

I may have missed someone else's answer to this question, so feel free
to slap me down if that's the case. :-)

The question is: Why "squeezebox"?

It seems odd to me, but I'm sure there's some logic behind the name
that's just gone completely over my head.
