most if not all of the people on this forum have a computer in the house that is always on and connnected to the internet and i was curious if anyone else runs the folding@home software or something similiar on their music PC.

In the winter time I have it going to keep the house warm. Thanks for the reminder. I need to start my clients back up but I'm already on a team so no TeamSlim for me.

The BBC recently admitted that the model they were using in their distrbuted computing project is flawed and won't be very good.

Seems a bit silly to carry on really.

I have recently started to run a FAH client on my main box and think that a TeamSlim would be a great idea for this community of ours to do something beyond worrying about flac tagging and absolute polarity :) So I have gone ahead and registered it - it is group 50410 for anybody who wants to join in.

I am also wondering if Sean would be willing to endorse this so that we could use the SlimDevices logo and link to the main website. If there is enough interest in participating in TeamSlim then I will drop him a note.
