I'm a bit late, but I wanted to congratulate the folks at Slim Devices for a
great new product release! I know what I'll be getting for an early
Christmas present.

I'm not sure what the future holds for Slim Devices, but if they could apply
their engineering talent to a car audio product I'm sure I'd be first in line
to
buy one. After looking at what's available today I've resigned myself to
having to build a custom PC for the car for our music needs. I'm sure there's
a large niche to be filled for someone who wants the flexibility of an open
source product but doesn't have the time or knowledge to D.I.Y.

I just run a laptop with an 80Gig drive in the trunk of my car
running iTunes. Been writing my own controller software. I have not
updated the page in a while, and things have changed, but you can see
the first version of it at:
