Phil,
The only thing I know of that can cause this is if the crystal
oscillator driving the decoder chip were to come loose - probably got
whacked in shipping as there's no way this would pass our testing. Try
pressing in on the RCA connectors (to flex the board inside a little)
and see if it comes back on. Either way, support@slimdevices can
arrange a replacement. Sorry for the trouble.
