I walked across my carpet to make an adjustment to my DAC. While reaching behind my hand went near my SB2 and there was a static discharge. The sound went dead and I now can't get it to play (The SB responds to all comands except play). I tried turning off, rebooting my computer, unplugging the SB and reconfiguring the SB. Nothing works.
FUUUUUUUUUUUU.....K!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!

Can anyone help????

It's probably still under warranty.......! SB2's were released in March of
last year if I remember correctly?

I fixed the problem. The static must scrambled the lock on my digital processor. By turning off my Tact 2.0s RCS I recovered my lock.

Ps I live right next to the ocean and I'm having a brutal problem with static.
