After experiencing consistent lag in trying to use Squeezenetworks I emailed support@slimdevices.com but have not heard back.
Is there somewhere else where I should be seeking technical assistance?

if you have any spam filters, check the spam folder. Some setups seem
to falsely trap the replies from support.

Good point. Thanks for the headsup.
Nothing in the spam folder. I will send another email tomorrow.

Thanks. I expected this might be the case. Just too used to autoresponders saying that your message was delivered and tech support will be with you soon.
Things appear to be getting worse at this end, now my squeezebox no longer connects to my wireless network at all which makes me anxious and impatient.
To be honest, from the reviews that I read online before purchasing, I expected it to be easier than this. It took several hours to get it working after taking it out of the box.
Just once, I would love a piece of technology that just worked!
Unrealistic expectations I expect.

Hi... do I love my SB3.. YES.. because it has this cool display, great functionality and it actually works once in a while.. is it free of problems.. oh - far away from that - but it keeps me busy. I like SlimDevices support. They respond usually within 2-3 days and they really try to help. It did not help at the end to solve my problem, but at least they tried. So big points for the service. The SB3 and the SlimServer is cool and once it will work under real world conditons equally fine as under lab conditions. Till then, we need to be patient.. smile.

And the occasional riotous, aficionado-killing stampede!
