I am wondering if Xbox 360 can recognize Slimserver as a media source and stream pics and videos to it. I've seen in newsgroup that Twonkyvision's Media Server can show up as a computer to Xbox 360 thus making all content available to it. Instead of installing more software on my local computer, I was hoping slimserver that is installed on my NAS can stream to Xbox 360. Any help is appreciated.

Which NAS do you have? If I'm not mistaken, TwonkyVision (nice name) is just a UPnP server. SlimServer doesn't implement UPnP, but your NAS might.
