If you password protect the server and get locked out, how do you get back in?

Thanks

What version of SlimServer? It used to work by restarting the
Service(Windows) or stopping and starting the daemon(Linux).

Oops my bad. That's the way it works for the plugin to lock the
player/server settings

Thanks for the link. I actually deleted the securitySecret: from the .pref and managed to get back in but lost settings. What does securitySecret: do in the .pref file?

it is for cross site request forgery blocking. see server
settings->security at the bottom of the page. It would not have helped
you get back from a lost password. Losing the prefs did that by
reverting to the defaults only, which has no password.
