Is there a way to clear the "now playing" playlist via the remote? I couldn't find this in the forums.

If not, are there many other functions that can only be performed via the web interface?

Press Now Playing, then LEFT then ADD. (ADD deletes the current song
when inside Now Playing, moving to the left and pressing ADD clears
the whole thing.)

I'm glad someone else found that an un-intuitive option - and one not mentioned in the manual.

I was going to ask it myself, but I think I found it out by accident.

The "Add" button should be labled "add/delete"

The Now Playing list is completely replaced when you press Play (instead of Add) while browsing your music collection or internet radio streams. I find this obviates the need for me to clear the list in a separate step. Still, the idea of re-labeling the Add button "Add/Remove" is valid; I only learned the Add button's removal function because I had the remarkable to self-control read the printed user manual before I set up my SB2. :)
