I have an iTunes playlist of radio stations located via the iTunes radio menu. These stations play fine in iTunes but they won't stream with SlimServer:

Ah, it appears that this URL is a redirection through an Apple
server, which is probably not letting you through because you aren't
using iTunes.

What station is it you are trying to play?

Any radio station I have tried at random listed from the Radio section of iTunes does this. It used to work. Perhaps this is something Apple has started to do recently.

I successfully added a number of iTunes radio stations to Slimserver playlists yesterday. I did this indirectly by finding out the radio stations source from iTunes (e.g. http://www.di.fm/) then went to the source site where in most cases you could download a .pls file with the radio station details then copied the .pls file to Slimserver Playlist directory to listen to the station.
