In SlimServer, under Player Settings - Now Playing
Information, there's drop-down list at the end for:

"Include buffer fullness in Playing Display Mode
list:"

Options are Enabled/Disabled.

I've enabled it - should buffer fullness scroll
across the screen in the Now Playing screen? It
doesn't. Not that I've had a problem with
dropouts, but it would be nice to know.

Using SlimServer 6.1.1.

Thanks!

The docs are a bit confusing here. There are many different screen
settings that can be accessed by repeated presses of Now Playing. For
instance, whether to show elapsed or remaining time, whether or not
to show a visualiser.

What Enabled does is just to allow buffer fullness to be *one* of the
options that can be reached by pressing Now Playing - you still have
to decide whether or not you want to reach it.

OK, thank you. I see, it's one of the Now Playing
options you cycle through.
