View Full Version : Rescan stops, server stops

I inadvertently posted this in the Linux forum so I'm trying again here.

I am running the 10/29 SlimServer software. I also updated the Slim Device per instructions.

Every time I try to run Rescan the server stops after about 10 seconds. No error message, nada, nothing. When I restart the server and try once more the same problem occurs. So, I have no music in any category of the server.

Never had this problem with the old software.

I am running XP professional and have no playlists.

Can anyone help me?

Thanks,

Fred

Dan,

I e-mailed this file to you on Sunday. Did you get it?

Looks like the 11/2 version fixed the problem.

Thanks,

Fred

"Jim Bob" is an artist in my collection. It crashes here every time. I tried removing slimserversql.db and restarting and it crashed here again.
