Most Current Slimp3 firmware version for 6.2x?

What is the most Current Slimp3 firmware version for slimserver v 6.2x?
A link in the wiki points to 1.3 - the link doesn't exist but a 2.3 does exist. the directory under slimserver/server/firmware has no files named slimp3... just squeezebox*** and the initial start file when I install slimserver tlka about using the firmware updater link - which I can't find anywhere.

There haven't been any SliMP3 firmware updates in a long time -- 2.3 is the
latest.

It was removed from the download distribution, presumably to reduce
confusion and save space. You can still download it here:

When I installed slimserver 6.2x it said there was a new slimp3 firmware update.

Maybe that instruction should be changed/updated?

So for a slimp3 the wma transcoding is still done via software?

Yes. Only the Squeezebox2 supports WMA natively.
