I could probably experiment some and figure this out for myself, but figured it'd be easier to just ask.
I'd like to set up my SlimServer HTTP server to operate on the standard port 80. But on the same machine I'm running Apache listening on that port. So I'll add another IP address to the machine so that both servers can operate on port 80. Then I'll set up another host name just for SlimServer in either DNS or WINS or maybe a hosts file.
But this will only work if SlimServer's HTTP server doesn't bind itself to all IP addresses on the machine. So how does it behave?
