Accessing Live Musice Archive from SlimServer instead of SqueezeNetwork

Is there anyway to access/add the Live Music Archive menu items in SlimServer?

I would like to add this function to SlimServer/Play Settings/Menus/Home Menu/Internet Radio sub menu or to Favorites or something like that in SlimServer.

Also, is there anyway in the archives to list some favorites so you don't have to scroll all the way through the G's to get to Grateful Dead?

There's a Live Music Archive plugin on the plugins page (http://www.slimdevices.com/dev_plugins.html).

To revive this old thread, you can download all the Live Music Archive files at:

Then you add them to your SlimServer music folder.

A vastly rearchitected Archive plugin (which uses the XMLBrowser) is included in the 6.5b1 nightly.

6.5b1 + FW29 - the Live Music Archive plus the podcasts are now showing "Unable to parse... <<http:// .... .opml>>" - any way of diagnosing this a little to ensure that it's really a bug. It did work the other day - before the newest SlimServer beta and firmware upgrade. I only have my SB a couple of days so I don't want to post it as a bug until I'm sure it's not my setup.

            Thanks, David

I just download live shows and what are sold as 'import cd's', in FLAC form from DC (direct connect) P2P network using DC++. I'm sure it depends on each specific download as to whether or not the RIAA can do anything about it- but I only download shows and imports, never .mp3, .avi, .exe, .etc.

On some of the 'lossless hubs' individuals share out 300 gigs of live shows in FLAC/SHN, so there's a LOT more than what's in the archive. Eg Flaming Lips don't allow taping, but allow trading of live shows. Fans go out and buy the 'imports' just to post them to the hub, so others aren't tempted to buy this material. There's a lot of free music out there
