You might consider it, something like the station ID if it were internet radio.
Can't blame them for a bit of advertising
If you really want to change it, look in strings.txt for WELCOME_TO_SLIMSERVER
change the EN line to be what you like then restart the service. However, just
be aware that this same string is used elsewhere (title bar of web interface
for eg), so it would change there too.
