....but that provides read-only access, correct? How would I check the files
back in? Perhaps I am misreading the cvsgrab home page, but it appears that
I wouldn't be able to make changes.

Presumably you own a machine and Internet connection which are not
behind a firewall at a national laboratory... maybe you should just ssh
or rdesktop to it and use it to do this task.

Right now, we're not really opening up CVS for write access. Post
patches or just send them to me for review.
