Hello,

It seems to me SlimServer only raises its DRM flag for tracks only if it
stumbles across a WMA with DRM (and not for an iTunes Music Store AAC,
f.e.).

Does anybody know where I can find such an item? I don't want to
subscribe to some monster music site just to test that flag. And since
they don't play on SlimServer or on iPods, I don't want to go and buy
one. Are samples available by Microsoft (I tried to look but found
nothing)? Any place I can get one without registering for some more spam?

Thanks

Fred

This can be done if I move to using MP4::Info, instead of Dean's Quicktime::Movie.

Windows Media Player can rip tracks with DRM enabled.
