Personal list of stations etc

I should like to have some possibility to make a list of the radiostations
etc I use



For example, radioio, Inside Jazz (Shoutcast) etc



Now I have to do several steps to get one of these stations.



Is there any way to do this.

I think this concept is called "Playlist": save them as a playlist and
they will be available from the playlists menu.
