Last night - in readiness for my SB2 - I installed the 6.0.1 release.

Currently I have two Slimp3s (still going very well) and two instances of
SoftSqueeze. The installation was flawless and everything seems fine.
Below are a couple of very minor gripes - but otherwise everything is fab,
well done Slim Devices & all contributors.

Using Softsqueeze gives a real feel for what the SB2 will be like and making
breakfast this morning I was able to read the RSS news ticker on the kitchen
Slimp3.

Well done again and please build a VideoSqueeze! No one else could do it as
well as SlimDevices.

Minor issues:
1. Softsqueeze decided to use different MAC Addresses so all of
my settings were lost.
2. Softsqueeze (with JRE 1.5 & Java MP3) had a brief chipmunk
moment when I 1st started using it
3. looks like the server s/w would allow me to select graphical
screen savers for the Slimp3s.

Environment:
SlimServer 6.0.1 running on a dedicated Windows XP SP 1 800Mhz
Athlon 640M RAM
approx. 10,000 tracks
100Mbps wired network
Softsqueeze run on separate machine to server.

I think this is related to bug 1167 (bugzilla seems to be down right now,
so I can't confirm).
